Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer requests, account updates, and service inquiries accurately.
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.
• Meet established performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve customer service processes and overall service quality.
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, or a related role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain professional, patient, and empathetic in all customer interactions.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other customer support software.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
