Silkway Express LLC is a locally owned and operated delivery company dedicated to serving our community with pride. We're hiring immediately for Delivery Drivers and package couriers who are ready to hit the road, represent our team with professionalism, and grow with a company that genuinely invests in its people. No CDL? No problem — Delivery Driver no CDL required.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities – Non CDL

As a Delivery Driver at Silkway Express, you'll start and end your day at our warehouse location (WMD1, Grantsville, MD), where you'll load up and head out on your route. A typical day includes:

• Report to the warehouse for morning load-out and vehicle assignment
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle with packages scheduled for delivery
• Follow a GPS-navigated delivery route safely and efficiently
• Complete all deliveries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle throughout your shift
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety standards while on delivery routes
• Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift and complete end-of-day check-in
• Report any route, vehicle, or delivery issues to management promptly

Non CDL Delivery Driver Requirements

We're looking for dependable Drivers — no CDL required, no prior delivery experience necessary. Here's what you'll need:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Non CDL Driver welcome)
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse and delivery team
• Strong time management and a customer-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Delivery Driver – No CDL Required | Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus but not required.
