The VA Group is looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant + Video Editor to support a Capoeira Studio and a Catering Business.
The ideal candidate combines strong video editing skills with hands-on experience supporting Meta Ads campaigns. You should be able to transform raw footage into engaging social media content, create compelling advertising creatives, and support digital marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
**Video Editing & Content Creation**
* Edit Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, class recaps, promotional videos, and YouTube content using InShot.
* Transform raw photos and video footage into engaging, platform-ready content.
* Develop attention-grabbing hooks, captions, and creative concepts with ChatGPT.
* Repurpose existing content across social media platforms.
**Paid Advertising**
* Assist in creating, launching, monitoring, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
* Support ad creative testing, audience targeting, campaign monitoring, and performance reporting.
* Provide secondary support for Google Ads when needed.
**Social Media & Marketing Support**
* Organize and maintain media files, content libraries, and marketing assets.
* Assist with social media scheduling, publishing, and account management.
* Conduct competitor research and identify content and advertising opportunities.
* Support community engagement, lead generation, and basic marketing administration.
* Strong video editing skills and familiarity with InShot.
* Hands-on experience managing or supporting Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
* Understanding of social media content formats, engagement strategies, and content repurposing.
* Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools for content ideation and creative development.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Creative, proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently.
* Experience with Google Ads, Canva, and social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
**Position: Part-Time Marketing VA + Video Editor**
